About the Founder

The App's Founder had an extensive career in the food industry that began in his youth. His culinary journey extended globally, with notable roles in Asia, Mexico, and the USA. He also worked as a Food & Beverage manager for a Cruise Line in Europe & the Caribbean. Having transitioned away from the industry but retained his passion, ultimately giving rise to Snap2Cook—an innovative culinary venture.

Richard Davies is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience driving success across various industries. With a background in business and marketing, Richard quickly established himself as a strategic visionary, helping to grow and guide independent businesses toward successful exits. He is known for his decisive leadership, forward-thinking approach, and exceptional ability to build strong relationships that align with company goals.

Throughout his career, Richard has consistently delivered strong returns on investment for stakeholders, earning him the trust and respect of investors. Currently, he leads multiple ventures, where his strategic acumen and ability to navigate complex challenges are key to their success. Beyond his business expertise, Richard is also a passionate chef, bringing creativity and innovation to every project. Stephen Clarke

With over 35 years of experience as a chef, Clarke has been named WA chef of the year 5 times and ACF National chef of the year.

As a staple in the WA food scene for over 20 years, Clarke owned a popular and award-winning Perth-based restaurant for nearly two decades. He cooks for royal families on their visits to Perth (and has also cooked for members of the British Royal family including the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Phillip).
